By accessing or using OKSAI's newsletter creation service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

OKSAI provides a service that:

• Analyzes your LinkedIn content to identify Content Pillars
• Creates a custom AI Style Guide based on your brand voice
• Generates weekly email newsletters from your LinkedIn posts
• Filters content based on your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
• Provides a custom newsletter template and structure

3. Account Registration and Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Have an active LinkedIn profile with sufficient content history
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Launch Pack

The Launch Pack is a one-time payment of £149 that includes:

• 90-day content audit
• Brand Voice Blueprint creation
• Custom newsletter template design
• First draft production and revisions

4.2 Ongoing Service

After the Launch Pack, you may subscribe to our ongoing newsletter generation service. Pricing will be discussed after setup completion.

4.3 Payment Terms

• All payments are processed through Stripe
• Prices are in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise stated
• You authorize us to charge your payment method
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

5. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on the Launch Pack. If you are not satisfied after we deliver your first draft and complete revisions based on your feedback, we will refund the full £149. No questions asked. This guarantee is void if you fail to provide timely feedback during the revision process.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to your original LinkedIn content. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to:

• Access and analyse your public LinkedIn content
• Transform your content into newsletter format
• Store your content for the purpose of providing the Service

6.2 Generated Content

You own the newsletters we generate from your content. We retain the right to use anonymized, aggregated data for service improvement.

6.3 Our Intellectual Property

Our AI models, algorithms, Style Guide methodology, and service infrastructure remain our exclusive property.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate LinkedIn profile information
• Ensure your LinkedIn content does not violate third-party rights
• Review generated newsletters before distribution (if applicable)
• Not use the Service for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
• Not reverse engineer or attempt to access our underlying technology
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

8. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice. We may update these Terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

9. Cancellation and Termination

9.1 Your Right to Cancel

You may cancel your ongoing subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. The Launch Pack is non-refundable after the first draft approval, except as provided in our Money-Back Guarantee.

9.2 Our Right to Terminate

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

10.1 Service "As Is"

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from using our Service.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OKSAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10.3 AI-Generated Content

While we use advanced AI to maintain your brand voice, we cannot guarantee perfect accuracy. You are responsible for reviewing content before distribution to your audience.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold OKSAI harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Data Protection and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where applicable.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and OKSAI regarding the Service.
